Branded power banks are typically dispatched within 5 to 10 working days, including full logo branding. We also offer an Express Service on four power bank styles with next-day delivery, subject to location.

Delivery is free worldwide via DHL Express to 220 countries across six continents. Lead time to Europe and the US East Coast is just 1 working day, 2 days to Central and West America, most of Africa and parts of the Middle East, and 3 to 5 days to more remote areas.

Power banks cannot be shipped to every country because they are classed as dangerous goods, so not all couriers and destinations accept them. Please contact your account manager to confirm delivery to your specific country.

No, power banks do not arrive fully charged because they are classed as dangerous goods. Couriers will only accept them charged to a maximum of 30 percent.

Yes, every power bank includes a cable to recharge the power bank itself. We also offer multi-way cables featuring Lightning, USB-C and Micro-B connectors to charge a range of devices.
